Returns

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders may be cancelled prior to material being shipped by reaching out via email to ecommerce@relyonpdi.com with your name and order number and a brief reason for cancellation. Once cancellation is confirmed a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.


STANDARD RETURNS

When you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item:

You may request a return for any item(s) within 45 days of receipt of material for a refund using the request form on this page. Any returns outside of the 45-day return time will not be accepted. A shipping label will be provided via email for you to return the item(s) to our warehouse or you may bring your item(s) back to any of our branch locations found here.Refunds will be issued (minus original shipping cost) within 3-5 business days once the item has been returned and inspected at the warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the original purchase. Special order material is subject to a restocking fee up to 50% and will include freight charges to return the product to the vendor.

Eligible returns must meet these criteria for a return to be accepted:

  • Item(s) must be in resalable condition
  • Item(s) must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Item(s) must not have been installed or used
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging and be free from any writing
  • Item(s) must not be missing any pieces
  • Item(s) cannot have been purchased as clearance, liquidation, or closeout
  • Item(s) that are considered custom items are not returnable
  • Item(s) that have a living finish that may age or patina over time are not returnable


DEFECTIVE RETURNS

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carriers, or defective in another way:

You may request a defective return for any item(s) within 45 days of receipt of material for a refund using the request form on this page. Any returns outside of the 45-day return time will not be accepted. A shipping label will be provided via email for you to return the item(s) to our warehouse or you may bring your item(s) back to any of our branch locations found here.Refunds will be issued (including original shipping cost) within 3-5 business days once the item has been returned and inspected at the warehouse and deemed as a defective item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Eligible returns must meet these criteria for a defective return to be accepted:

  • Item(s) has a defect that hinders it from being used for the purpose it was originally designed

PDI is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling any items. Items that have had gasoline in them are NOT returnable due to shipping restrictions of hazardous material.
